Competition law

We advise companies in all matters of competition law. This comprises the conduct of companies vis-à-vis its competitors and their relationship to market participants. Our main areas of emphasis are gaming law, misleading and comparative advertising, direct marketing, assumption of services of others (for example through imitations), divulging of or unfair obtaining of business and trade secrets, as well as unfair soliciting of clients and employees. Our services include inter alia:

  • Pursuance of, and defence against, anti-competitive behaviour
  • Protection and defence of business and trade secrets and other know-how
